Our dental team is here to help you on the path to your best smile, and part of that means making sure that you have access to affordable dental care. Eagle Dental Care is in-network with a number of major dental insurance providers. Our team knows the ins and outs of dental insurance benefits, and as a courtesy to you, we are happy to file and track your claims to help you make the most of your benefits. We are providers for the following insurance carriers:

Your insurance policy is a contract between you and the Insurance company. You, the patient, are ultimately responsible for any remaining balance, not the insurance provider. Please be sure to bring a copy of your current dental insurance card to each appointment, so that we keep your records as up-to-date as possible and notify us of any changes with your insurance policy.
CareCredit
We are happy to accept patient financing through CareCredit℠. Application and Qualification only take minutes. For patients who qualify, CareCredit lets you finance as much or as little of your out-of-pocket healthcare expenses. There are no enrollment fees or pre-payment penalties, and there are plans to fit most any budget, including interest-free plans. Ask Hannah, our financial coordinator, about Care Credit. She can help your treatment fit your budget.
In-House Comprehensive Dental Plan
The Eagle Dental Care Comprehensive Dental Plan is designed to provide affordability and greater access to quality dental care. With your Comprehensive Dental Plan, there are:
- No yearly maximums
- No deductibles
- No claim forms
- No pre-authorization requirements
- No pre-existing condition limitations
- No waiting periods, immediate eligibility
Annual Benefit Premiums
- SINGLE $400
- DUAL $760
Note: No premiums will be refunded at any time should a participant decide not to utilize plan. The Dual Plan is for Parent/Child or Spouse only. Additional family members may be added for $200 each. Additional family members need to live in same household and be under 26 years of age to qualify.

The program is a discount plan, not a dental insurance plan. It cannot be used:
- In conjunction with any insurance plan
- For treatment which, in sole opinion of the treating dentist lies outside the realm of their capability:
- For referrals to specialists.
- For hospital or anaesthesiology charges of any kind.
- In conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
- Patient portion must be paid at the time of service in order to receive plan discount.
